Faraid
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Educational Reference Tool
Faraid is provided for educational and reference purposes only. It helps calculate and explain inheritance shares within the app's declared scope.
Faraid does not provide legal advice, does not issue fatwas or religious rulings, and does not replace review by a qualified Islamic inheritance scholar or local legal professional.
Supported Scope
The app supports a defined set of common heir relationships and calculation policies. Cases involving unsupported heirs, disputed facts, local legal requirements, school-specific differences, Wasiyyah validity, non-Muslim heirs, missing heirs, or complex estate obligations require external review.
User Responsibility
Results depend on the information entered by the user. Before making any real-world distribution, you are responsible for verifying facts, local legal requirements, estate obligations, and religious rulings with qualified professionals.
Faraid Pro Purchase
Faraid Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks review-ready PDF reports and expanded local case saving features, as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Payment, refunds, family sharing availability, and purchase history are handled according to Apple's App Store terms and policies.
Reports and Sharing
PDF reports are generated from user-entered information and the app's declared calculation rules. Reports are intended for review and discussion, not as final legal or religious authorization for distribution.
No Warranty
Faraid is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We aim for careful and transparent calculations, but real inheritance cases may involve facts, laws, or religious considerations outside the app's supported scope.
